The 2011 ITA Compensation/Salary Survey is open for participation and all technology companies are invited! 

Go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TMWXWDB to complete the survey.   All data are pooled and the results are presented in aggregate to maintain company anonymity. The deadline for participation is December 30, 2011, so don't wait!

The 2010 ITA Compensation/Salary Survey was completed in December 2010 and provides technology companies with relevant, timely, and insightful data to make compensation decisions.

The survey had 137 respondents and requested salary and non-salary compensation information for 93 separate positions which are common to many Illinois-based technology companies.

The full report, which includes the breakdown of compensation statistics by title, is available to all companies who participated in the survey at no charge. The executive summary is made available to all ITA member companies as a benefit of membership.
