Talented people are the lifeblood of any company or organization, making the vision of the organization a reality.  Finding them is the real challenge!  ITA heard our member companies and their need for talent – below is a list of programs with more on the way to help you find that talent.  Because you have the actual day-to-day business to worry about! 

Our Talent Programs include:

ITA Fall Challenge: Finding the top tech talent in Illinois is at the core of the ITA Fall Challenge.  ITA visits several of the local top-ranking technology universities, educating students on our amazing member companies and inviting them to take the ‘challenge’ with the top performing student earning a cash prize!  Participating companies have access to this elite group of performers.  /more on #itafallchallenge/

ITA All Stars: The key to a great company is great talent - and we know how time consuming it can be to find the talent you need, from technologists to marketing, especially when you are looking for experienced professionals.  The ITA All Stars program works with the alumni groups of top universities by functional area, recruiting on behalf of sponsoring companies, and completing an innovative vetting process to ensure a great fit. 

ITA TalentBoard: Powered by Hireology, the ITA TalentBoard guides companies to help them make better hiring decisions so they can grow their businesses.  Far more than a candidate tracking system, the ITA TalentBoard works with the local chapter of Alumni associations from across the county to grow the awareness of the local tech industry and the great companies looking for great talent.  See the live TalentBoard and find out more about the benefits of membership.

TalentBridge: We are building a bridge from the many world-class universities in Illinois to the local industry!  TalentBridge is a new program, developed in tandem with the work done by the Talent Leadership Board, to generate awareness of the local technology industry and it's many opportunities with students and graduates from these great universities.

Illinois Compensation Survey:  The annual Compensation Survey is compiled and audited by ITA to provide member companies and all participating firms insight to the ever-changing compensation puzzle.  

ITA Talent Leadership Board: The Board, developed in 2011, is facilitating an ongoing discussion between industry, education, government, and civic organizations, ensuring graduates are attracted to the local technology industry.  Civic organizations and government leaders will gain critical insights to the decision making process of students and companies, using this information to continue to position Chicago and Illinois as a technology industry hub.

Fifty for the Future: In its 5th year, the Fifty for the Future programs selects 50 students annually who are the most promising students with an interest and demonstrated career potential in technology. /more on #itf50forthefuture/
